By right clicking on the midi links you can download the files and play them in a dedicated midi program such as Anvil Studio.   Why would you bother?  The first reason is that you've now got some control over what you listen to.  Have a look at this screen shot.  

The different voices and instruments have their own tracks so you can adjust them individually

You can switch tracks off if you don't want to hear them!!!

Or just change the volume

You can make a particular track stand out by changing the instrument and the volume

The second reason is that many PCs' sound cards make a noise like a jamjar full of flatulent wasps - they're in tune, but....  Many of us have electronic keyboards, and most modern keyboards have a midi interface - two sockets that look like this.

Midi to USB cables can be bought on eBay for less than £10.  With your keyboard and PC connected via one of these cables you can play the midi file on your keyboard - it sounds much better!
